SPIN-R Twins Watch Winder Review

When I reviewed the first watch Winder from SPIN-R, I found it to be one of the best thoughout winder products to be introduced to the market.  With digital control, battery power and a very nice design it was a immediate win.  Now they have stretched that design to handle two watches while adding a few more tweaks to make it even better.

The Twins is basically a bigger version of the first SPIN-R Winder.  It has optional battery power, but can also be constantly plugged in.  On the Twins the battery is higher capacity and easily lasts over a week.  It also retains the same bottom hinged opening, felt interior and multiple color options.

Control

Controlling the device is where the Twins differs from its smaller brother.  The control on this unit is all touch screen based.  A standby screen always is showing that displays the time until the next spin as well as the current battery status.  TPD, direction and direction of spin are all touch based on the function screen.  Dial in all your settings indepently for each side and then hit OK to initiate.  Very slick and easy to use for the touch screen generation.

Interior

The interior as well as the screen is fully lit with white LEDs.  Whenever the screen is touch all lights come on.  The interior turns on as well to illumiate both watches fully.  White light makes a soft feel that brings out the rue colors of any watch type.

The watch holders are also a carry over from the original SPIN-R, sping loaded and lockable to get the watch around very easily and then release to extend the back.  They include more than one size for ladies watches too.

Overall

The original SPIN-R is great and the Twins are even better offering more options and independtly adjustable sides.  The whole look of the winder is also one of the best available, especially since you have so many color options.  Check out more about the Twins on SPIN-R and make sure to take a look at the original SPIN-R review from a few months ago.
