I just received a 22mm Panerai Style Pre-V Buckle from www.thewatchprince.com.  I plan on using it on an upcoming watch that should be coming in this week.  What a deal at only $8.95!  It's BIG and made of stainless steel.  They have it in black or silver and multiple sizing options.  Their website has how-to videos and tons of bands and other watch accessories.  Definitley worth a look.
